SIESTA

In many countires and especially in hot climates people take a short sleep in the afternoon.That short sleep called siesta the siesta is very good for the brain it helps the brain to remeber and therefore to learn.Some researchers now belive that the siesta is very important in live.Researchers spilt 40 people into 2 groups all of them have a lessons from 12 to 6 pm their is 2 hour break in the middle. The first group stayed awake all day,while the other group takes a siesta for a hour.During the lesson the group that takes a siesta was better then the first group they were more active and they were better at remembering what they had learnt.
